Parenting Nugget #12: Trust is a 2 way street. A person can trust the other only if he is a trustworthy person. Often, we would notice that trust is directly proportional to truthfulness. Anyone who betrays, eventually face the brunt of mistrust himself. The circle gets completed and he can never trust anyone else. Parents are in the highest category of trust. We must watch our actions with our kids not to betray their trust, as once broken, it’s almost impossible to mend.
