DESCRIPTION:In uncertain\, ambiguous\, complex and volatile environment\, students will need to develop curiosity\, resilience\, and self regulation. They need to respect values\, perspective of others\, cope with failure and rejection and move forward in adversity. \nIt’s time we bring back our old Indian ethos back and include Emotional Intelligence as a core competency in the learning framework along with social and cognitive skills. \nThe entire course spans out for about 3 months that comprise of 2 classes per week.
